INTO JAPAN株式会社（WINNER GROUPS。以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリ「INTO JAPAN」および関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の個人情報を、本ポリシーに従って適切に取り扱います。
本サービスは、機能の提供に必要な範囲で以下の情報を取得します。

本サービスは招待制であり、利用者は当社のお客様および当該お客様の組織メンバーに限られます。
当社は、第三者の広告・分析目的で利用者を横断的に追跡（トラッキング）することはありません。取得した情報を広告 ID と紐付けたり、データブローカーに販売することもありません。
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスの運営にあたり、以下の業務委託先（クラウド基盤等）を利用します。
利用者の所属組織内のメンバー間チャットの内容は、構造上、当社（運営者）からは閲覧できない設計となっています。当社は、お客様と当社公式窓口とのやり取り、およびサービス通知を通じてのみお客様と関わります。
個人情報は利用目的に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間保管します。利用者はアプリ内の「設定 > アカウント削除」からいつでもアカウントおよび関連データの削除を請求できます。削除後、当社が法令上保管義務を負う情報を除き、速やかに削除されます。
当社は、通信の暗号化、アクセス権限の分離（テナント単位の行レベルセキュリティ）、ファイルの非公開保管等、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
本サービスは法人向け（B2B）サービスであり、児童の利用を想定していません。
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上で通知します。

INTO JAPAN株式会社（WINNER GROUPS，以下简称"本公司"）将依据本政策，妥善处理用户在本公司提供的移动应用「INTO JAPAN」及相关服务（以下简称"本服务"）中的个人信息。
本服务仅在提供功能所必需的范围内收集以下信息：

本服务采用邀请制，用户仅限本公司的客户及其组织成员。
本公司不会为第三方广告或分析目的对用户进行跨应用 / 跨网站的追踪，不会将所收集信息与广告标识符关联，也不会向数据中介出售。
除法律法规要求外，本公司不会在未经用户同意的情况下向第三方提供个人信息。为运营本服务，我们使用以下受托方（云基础设施等）：
用户所属组织内成员之间的聊天内容，在结构设计上本公司（运营方）无法查看。本公司仅通过"客户与官方窗口的沟通"及"服务通知"与客户互动。
个人信息将在实现使用目的所必需的期间或法律规定的期间内保存。用户可随时通过 App 内「设置 > 删除账号」请求删除账号及相关数据。删除后，除本公司依法负有保存义务的信息外，将被尽快删除。
本公司采取通信加密、访问权限分离（按租户的行级安全 RLS）、文件非公开存储等合理的安全管理措施。
本服务为面向法人（B2B）的服务，不面向儿童。
本公司可能根据需要变更本政策。如有重要变更，将在本服务中通知。

INTO JAPAN Co., Ltd. (WINNER GROUPS; "we", "us") handles the personal information of users of our mobile application "INTO JAPAN" and related services (the "Service") appropriately in accordance with this Policy.
The Service collects the following information only to the extent necessary to provide its features:

The Service is invite-only; users are limited to our clients and members of those clients' organizations.
We do not track users across apps or websites for third-party advertising or analytics, do not link collected information to advertising identifiers, and do not sell data to data brokers.
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. To operate the Service we use the following processors (cloud infrastructure, etc.):
By design, the content of chats between members within a user's own organization is not visible to us (the operator). We interact with clients only through the client's communication with our official channel and through service notifications.
Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law. Users may request deletion of their account and related data at any time via "Settings > Delete Account" in the app. After deletion, information is promptly removed except where we are legally required to retain it.
We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit, separation of access permissions (per-tenant row-level security), and private file storage.
The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) service and is not intended for use by children.
We may revise this Policy as needed. We will notify users of material changes within the Service.
